Trunex is built on one thing: trust between real people. Every member was personally invited by someone who vouches for them. That's what makes this network different — and worth protecting.

This page explains how we expect members to treat each other, what crosses the line, and what happens when it does.

What Trunex is for

Trunex activates when you travel. It helps you find trusted people nearby — for a recommendation, a quick hand, a human connection when you're far from home.

It is not a marketplace. It is not a financial platform. It is a trust network.

How we expect members to behave

Help because you want to, not because you gain from it

Members help each other because that's why they're here. If someone helps you and you want to cover their out-of-pocket costs — petrol, a coffee, a bouquet of flowers they bought on your behalf — that's perfectly fine. That's human.

What is not fine is asking another member to send you money. Ever.

Respect people's time and space

Don't message someone at 3 AM just because you feel like talking. Members are real people with real lives. If a message isn't about something genuine and timely, think twice before sending it.

Use SOS only when it's real

The SOS feature exists for genuine emergencies. It alerts up to ten trusted members near you. Use it when you actually need urgent help.

Using SOS out of curiosity, as a test, or to get attention is an abuse of everyone's trust — including the people who drop what they're doing to respond.

Keep conversations on Trunex

If someone asks you to move a conversation to another platform specifically to discuss money, transfers, or anything that wouldn't be appropriate on Trunex — that's a red flag. Trust your instincts and report it.

What will get you suspended

Automatic — Immediate 24-hour suspension

This is the one rule with no grey area. It doesn't matter how the request is phrased. If you ask a fellow member for money, you're suspended for 24 hours and reported to our admin team automatically.

Reported to admin — Investigated case by case

In these cases, there's no automatic action. The affected member reports what happened, and our admin team reviews it. Depending on the situation, the outcome can range from a warning to permanent removal from the network.

How to report something

Every chat message has a Report button. Use it if something doesn't feel right.

You don't need to be certain. If it made you uncomfortable, report it. Our admin team will take it from there.

Reports are confidential. The person you report will not be notified that it was you.

What happens after a report

A note from us

We're not building a platform where people are afraid of each other. We're building one where people feel safe enough to trust a stranger — because that stranger was vouched for by someone they already trust.

Most members will never need this page. But for those who do, it's here.

Real humans. Real trust.
